The building is located on the Zbrojarzy street frontage. Due to its prominent position at the intersection of Zbrojarzy, Podhalańska, and Zdunów streets, the front facade of the building has a particular character.
The proposed building is positioned in line with the established building line dened in the obtained zoning conditions. The special exposure of the front facade inuences its spatial design. The regular and rhythmic composition of the window openings gives the facade a representative appearance. The remaining, less visible facades are composed of balconies.

Architectural Character
The building’s architecture is a contemporary design solution, standing out from its surroundings due to the quality of details and materials used, while simultaneously respecting the scale of the surrounding buildings and complying with the provisions of the zoning decision. Through its modern form and meticulously designed details, the building enriches the existing structure, introducing a new quality to the area. The main materials used on the facades are: high-quality plaster or exposed concrete, steel elements, and clear glass.

Function
The proposed building combines two functions: residential and commercial. On the ground oor, there is a commercial space accessible directly from the outside. Due to the raised ground oor, the commercial unit is accessed via external stairs. Access for people with disabilities is provided by an external lift. The rest of the building consists of residential units, including two on the ground oor that are accessible for people with disabilities via a lift. The building includes an underground garage, bike parking spaces, and a waste collection area in the basement.
